The Retreat at Bradley's Pond
March 11, 2018

I have named you queen.
There are taller than you, taller.
There are purer than you, purer.
There are lovelier than you, lovelier.
But you are the queen.

When you go through the streets
No one recognizes you.
No one sees your crystal crown, no one looks
At the carpet of red gold
That you tread as you pass,
The nonexistent carpet.

And when you appear
All the rivers sound
In my body, bells
Shake the sky,
And a hymn fills the world.

Only you and I,
Only you and I, my love,
Listen to me.

Congrats to a lovely lady with lots of character,
a boat load of bravery,
and the best dang shoes I've seen!
You are not limited by the boundaries of your framed diploma!
Can't wait to watch you break all the walls that dare to stand in your way.

"I came to the crowd seeking friends, I came to the crowd seeking love
I came to the crowd for understanding, I found you
I came to the crowd to weep, I came to the crowd to laugh
You dried my tears, You shared my happiness
I went from the crowd seeking you, I went from the crowd seeking me
I went from the crowd forever, You came, too." - Nikki Giovanni

Molly and Sean
will tie the knot on September 1st, 2018, in front of their family and friends - -
Confirming what we already know about them; they're treasured by the other
and meant to spend a lifetime together.

"I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where.
I love you straightforwardly, without complexities or pride;
so I love you because I know no other way that this:
where I does not exist, nor you, so close that your hand
on my chest is my hand, so close that your eyes close as I fall asleep."
